Our client, a market insurance organisation and is seeking a Liability Claims Handler to deal with a case-load of EL & PL (Property & Injury) losses on a cradle to grave basis. This will typically involve liaising with Loss Adjusters, policyholders, brokers and other third parties. The successful candidate will be expected to be analytical and have excellent communication skills as they will need to examine evidence and medical reports as well as negotiating liability and quantum with solicitors. Previous exposure to liability claims is ideal, although domestic / commercial property recoveries experience will be considered. Progress towards a professional qualification, such as ACII, would be a definite bonus. This is an excellent opportunity to join a hugely respected company in the insurance industry.
