Our client, a major claims management organisation is seeking to recruit a Area Adjusting Manager to oversee a thriving team of Property Adjusters, Claims Technicians and support staff, responsible for performance, efficiency, managing a budget and liaising with senior management. In addition the successful candidate would be tasked with dealing with more complex and contentious property losses, dealing with complaints and liaising with clients where appropriate. This is a key role and therefore we are looking for candidates with an excellent background in Adjusting (at least 5 years), preferably with previous management experience and ACII / ACILA qualified.
