Our client, a market leading insurer is seeking a Motor Claims Team Leader to work out of their Manchester office. The team in which this role sits handle RTA claims from notification through to settlement, including both First & Third Party Claims. As well as overseeing the day to day management and development of team members you will also be responsible for monitoring targets and analysing MI, continually reviewing existing systems/processes. You will have a strong working knowledge of the full RTA claims process including assessing liability, credit repair/hire and an understanding of Personal Injury claims would be an added bonus. The position requires a flexible approach, leadership and supervisory skills along with the ability to work in and create a cohesive team environment.
