Our Client is seeking 3 Claims Administrators to work within their Manchester office. The successful applicants will be responsible for:
Accurately filing all claims files in a professional manner including any incoming post relevant to files.
Checking references on TIA system in line with post received.
Maintaining an up-to-date diary system for their Claims team as and when required.
Acting as point of contact for Claims teams by collating relevant information and any other request from the team.
Undertaking administration duties, such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc when required.
Managing all settled claims files for your area in accordance with the procedure.
Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post for the Claims area.
Effectively updating and maintaining data by inputting onto excel spreadsheets.
