Our client is looking for an Area Liability Adjusting Manager to work out of their Essex office and manage a team of Liability Adjusters / Claims Technicians working out of that office. Operationally, you will typically allocate losses, check reports, work closely with the senior / executive liability management team, handle complaints, be responsible for staffing / recruitment and personal development, as well as handling a small number of losses yourself. Ideally, you will be ACII and/or A-FCILA qualified although this isn’t essential & where appropriate, further professional development will be supported.
