Salary: £24000 to £25000 £24000 - £25000 per annum + Excellent Benefits

Our Client is seeking a number of Motor / PI Claims Technicians. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling their own portfolio of TP motor / RTA PI claims from cradle to grave. You will speak to the Policyholder regularly to ensure the utmost customer service satisfaction, establishing liability, negotiating settlement and bringing each claim to a swift and successful outcome. It is essential that you are an individual who can multi task, who prides themselves in the accuracy of your work and can remain calm whilst working to defined targets and deadlines. You will have a minimum of 18-24 months experience of handling Third Party Motor Liability or Personal Injury Claims. You will also have excellent oral and written communication skills and a high regard for customer service.
