Our client is seeking a Area Building Surveying Manager to work from home managing a team of Surveyors / Engineers as well as handling their own small caseload of the larger & more complex project managed subsidenc and perils losses. You will report into the UK Operations Manager (Building Services) and typically be responsible for service levels, technical output, staff appraisals & development etc. Ideally, you will live locally and be happy to predominantly work out of the local office base. Losses coming into the division with be subsidence and perils in nature, without handling authority and in some cases, your team will act under a delegated authority agreement. We are ideally looking for an experienced Surveyor and/or Manager; someone that enjoys management & who would relish the task of being responsible for a regional team.
