Our client is seeking an Area Field Manager to be based in the Midlands and to be responsible for a team of Adjuster. Handling the more technical and complex domestic and commercial property claims including complaints, the successful candidate will additionally be tasked with work allocation, audits, training, monitoring performance, recruitment, liaising with senior management and general day to day running of a team of Adjusters. Candidates should be ACII/ACILA qualified and have a strong history of commercial property Adjusting. This is an excellent opportunity for an Adjuster to step up in their career or for Manager/Adjuster to join a highly respected practice with excellent prospects.
