The Technical Services Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day and long term management and development of the Technical Services Team ensuring the Team are well motivated and clear about the KPI’s they are working to.
The role also has responsibility for dealing with more complex repair / total loss issues, handling customer complaints and payment authorisations and deal with referrals for the Team.
The Technical Services Team Leader must ensure that the Team delivers the highest standards of customer care and satisfaction combining with the requirement to make decisions about the validity and economics of an accident damage / motor theft claim. Strong inter-personal skills patience and investigative skills will be essential when circumstances of potential fraud are being investigated.
The Team Leader will also be involved in ad hoc projects and assisting the Project Team with the implementation of new suppliers and processes.
