Our client, a leading insurance claims management company are seeking to strengthen their team with the addition of a Field Manager to supervise a team of Domestic Adjusters and Surveyors operating throughout North London and Home Counties. Overseeing their operational performance including meeting SLAs, KPIs, the successful candidate will also deal with appraisals, training issues, audits, liaison with senior management and assisting with technical issues / performance. We are seeking candidates with previous Adjusting experience, ideally ACII / ACILA qualified with previous managerial experience.
