Our client is seeking a Domestic Adjusting Field Manager to work from home and be responsible for managing a team of Domestic Adjusters throughout the South London and Southern Home Counties (Surrey, Sussex, Kent etc) regions. You will report into the UK Field Operations Manager as regards service, technical output, Adjuster appraisals & development. Your team will be responsible for handling primarily domestic losses on both a 'cradle-to-grave' and 'investigate only' basis, acting on behalf of numerous instructing principals. We are ideally looking for an experienced Loss Adjuster with obvious man-management skills; someone that enjoys management & who would relish the task of being responsible for a regional field force.
