Exchange Street Financial Services works with a carefully selected portfolio of IFA firms throughout the UK who offer excellent levels of support. With the demands of the RDR and increased costs/compliance associated with the role such practices are extremely well set to allow their advisers to focus on the generation and servicing of clients, rather than on paperwork.

Having worked with these firms on an ongoing basis for a number of years we are confident that our clients supply a high degree of administrative support, commitment to the principles of the Retail Distribution Review, strong managerial structures that allow Directors to properly support and guide each adviser, very competitive splits (up to 85% in some instances) and exit strategies. They are also happy to ring-fence any clients brought into their practice enabling each adviser to retain control of their future.

Candidates will need to have some form of existing client base and/or introducers, although each company can assist in the development of new leads. Current Competent Adviser Status is preferable as is Diploma status, although each case will be judged on its merits bearing in mind the potential client following.

They really cared personally about getting me the job and were very informed about the company I now work for. Not just keeping in touch during the application process but keeping in touch after I started my job to see how I am getting on.
