Our client is looking for a Commercial Property / Property Owners' Claims Technician to assist / handle a portfolio of property owners' claims both on a desk-top delegated' and 'Adjuster-led' basis, working out of their Romford office. You will typically liaise with loss adjusters, brokers, policyholders & third parties, reporting directly into the Branch Manager. You must speak French and/or English, have previous commercial (property owners') claims handling experience and be able to use your own initiative in order to resolve complaints or queries. In addition, excellent communicative and customer service skills are essential.
