Working from an office base, you will be responsible for the claims performance of the Service Centre operational teams, ensuring a high and consistent level of customer service is delivered whilst claims costs are controlled, interpreting financial and technical audit results, delivering process improvements / efficiencies, managing projects and by delivering Client service standards. The successful candidate will be technically and operationally responsible for the Personal Injury, credit hire and litigation teams so applicants must possess a technical background in RTA Claims.
