Our client is seeking a Senior Loss Adjuster & Regional Manager to work out of their Bristol office and manage a team of Loss Adjusters operating UK wide handling domestic, commercial and some HNW losses. You will report into the Managing Director and be responsible for the allocation of claims, service levels, technical output, staff appraisals & training / development etc. We are ideally looking for an experienced Manager and/or Adjuster; someone that enjoys managerial work, would relish the task of being responsible for a regional field force and can demonstrate a track record of ‘getting the best’ out of a team. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced manager or an Adjuster looking to get into management and you will be working for a market-leading Adjusting practice.
