Corporate Paraplanner
Job Reference: FS881751
Location: Glasgow
To £35,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

Our client, an established Wealth Manager with a presence across the UK and an outstanding reputation for their portfolio management proposition, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Paraplanner to support their Employee Benefits division.

Responsibilities will include the management of client files, research, report writing and the production of compliant suitability letters, along with the regular reviews of scheme governance. Administration and more general client queries are managed by the sales support unit allowing each Paraplanner to focus on more technical work.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual looking to join a forward thinking practice offering extensive training and support through further qualifications. One of the key selling points of the firm is its commitment to professional development and the ability it has to enable its staff to progress into advisory roles in the future or into a more senior paraplanning role.

It is a pre-requisite that any applicant holds the Diploma in Financial Planning or is progressing with studies towards doing so. Applicants will also have a full understanding of Auto-Enrollment and all aspects of Group Pensions and Group Risk.

For further information and a confidential discussion about this position, please contact Leanne Fairhurst on 0161 973 6900 or e-mail recruit@exchange-street.co.uk.

During my interview and in light of the future role they had in mind for me it became evident that they were initially not going to invite me for an interview until Steven persuasively put forward his views of my credentials and recommended that they at least gave me a chance to impress. I am just glad that I had him representing my interests insofar as seeking new employment is concerned. He is a credit to Exchange Street.\r\n
