This small, well-established practice has built an outstanding reputation in Cumbria by offering holistic lifestyle financial planning to their loyal client following. They now wish to grow the practice and to this end are looking to secure an additional consultant.

It is worth noting that the company are not in a position to offer a client base so any applicant will need either a transferable client following or introducers whilst other sources of income are developed. The firm currently benefits from a number of accountancy and solicitor practices that refer business which will only assist any work in this area, but it is a pre-requisite that the new adviser has the tenacity and professionalism to develop new introducers.

The firm have been charging fees for a number of years and are general practitioners, with it necessary that any candidate has the technical skills required to operate in such a practice. They also seek individuals with a demonstrable track record of success for either a bank or IFA alongside a clear compliance record.

Package will be dependent on the individual and can be discussed at interview.
