Job Details

You’ll be leading and managing a small team of experienced Marine Claims Handlers who manage their own portfolio of Marine related claims. You must have a sound technical knowledge of the claims arena, ideally within investigation and settlement of claims.

In addition to this, you’ll be responsible for meeting services levels and monitoring, to ensure that the team exceeds expectations. It is also paramount that you know how to lead a team and drive each individual member to succeed in their set tasks. You must be a good communicator, as you will be involved in client liaison and be able to take an impartial view when required.
