Our Loss Adjusting client is looking for a couple of Recovery Claims Handlers to handle of a portfolio of recovery claims, working out of their Cardiff office. You will typically liaise with policyholders, external adjusters, brokers, insurers & suppliers, reporting into the Recovery Claims Manager. Ideally, you will have previous recovery claims or otherwise, household or commercial claims handling experience and be able to use your own initiative in order to resolve complaints or queries. In addition, excellent communicative and customer service skills are essential. This is an excellent opportunity working for a forward thinking, expanding & reputable company.
