Our client is looking for a Commercial Property Claims Technician to assist / handle a portfolio of commercial (material damage and business interruption) claims both on a desk-top delegated' and 'Adjuster-led' basis, working out of their Stoke-on-Trent office. You will typically liaise with loss adjusters, brokers, policyholders & third parties, reporting directly into the Unit Manager. You must have previous commercial claims handling experience (property and/or liability) and be able to use your own initiative in order to resolve complaints or queries. In addition, excellent communicative and customer service skills are essential. This is an excellent opportunity working for a market-leading & well respected organisation.
