Our client is looking for a Claims Technician to handle portfolio of Household and Commercial Property claims both on a desk-top delegated' and 'Adjuster-led' basis, working out of their Chester office. You will typically liaise with loss adjusters, brokers, policyholders & third parties, reporting directly into the Branch Manager. You must have previous household and commercial property claims handling experience and be able to use your own initiative in order to resolve complaints or queries.

The primary focuses of the role is to lead, motivate and manage a team of FNOL motor claims handlers and ensure both individual and team objectives are achieved. As well as overseeing the day to day management and development of team members you will also be responsible for monitoring targets, MI and continually reviewing existing systems / processes.
