Our client, a claims handling organisation, are seeking to bolster their already strong team with the addition of a Technical Liability Claims Manager to work out of their Merseyside office. The successful candidate will be working on the casualty team and will therefore require in-depth, technical experience of complex EL / PL claims. Responsible for technical referrals, quality control / auditing (internal & external), the identification and delivery of training, liaising closely with other ar
